Automatic
decision-making

We engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant impact using customer data.

Our processor WordPress uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that contain elements of automated decision-making include:

1. Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This deny list remains for a small number of hours.
2. Temporary denial of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist will remain for a small number of days.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have a number of rights under current legislation. You have the right to receive an extract showing what personal data we have registered about you. You can request rectification of inaccurate data and in some cases deletion.

Klarna

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we may share your personal data in the form of contact details and order information with Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you can choose the payment methods, and to customize them for you. Your personal data that is shared is processed according to Klarna’s own data protection information.
