When you order

Check that you have entered the correct information. Whitelip takes no responsibility for incorrect address information. Include both your phone number and email address to make sure you get all the necessary delivery information and make it easy for our suppliers to deliver.

Why don’t I receive an order confirmation?

Unfortunately, our emails tend to end up in spam. Please take a look there if you have not received an order confirmation. If there is nothing there, you can easily contact us under the “contact us” tab. Please also note that you will get your confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package have been sent out for shipping.

Do i have to pay duties or taxes when i order?

Duties & taxes varies depending on nation. We advise you to consult your local customs authority for more details regarding your order.

Products out of stock

If you have ordered products that are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by email. If you have ordered mixed products, we will send you the products we have in stock. Products that are out of stock are sent as soon as they are back in stock. It can take up to 7 working days for us to reach you by email as we usually receive your products in 7 days. What is the age limit for ordering nicotine products?

The age limit for purchasing our products is 18 or 21 years or older, depending on where you live. No exceptions will be made.

What is MIX & MATCH?

MIX & MATCH is a solution for those who want to try different varieties in our range. With MIX & MATCH you can build your own stock of five or 10 with different varieties. The cost is the same as a stock of 5 or 10 cans.

How should I store my products?

The storage of each product differs, but generally they taste best when refrigerated. Unopened cans should always be stored in a refrigerator to keep them fresher for longer, but this is not a requirement for All White.

Can I return my order?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your received package is damaged, you must contact our support directly. If the package received contains an incorrect product/count, please contact our support team directly.

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery may vary depending on the product you have ordered and the delivery method you have chosen, but usually delivery is between 2-5 working days. The delivery time can also be affected if your product is out of stock, in which case we will contact you by e-mail, usually within 7 working days.

Orders placed before 14:00 will be finalized and delivered to our shipping partners the same day, provided we have all products in stock. Does not apply to high pressure events such as paydays and new launches. Read more about our shipping policy here.

Where can I track my order?

Once we have packed your order, you will receive another email to let you know that your order has been processed. This email will also contain a tracking link for your package.
