When you order
Make sure you have entered the correct information. Whitelip assumes no responsibility for incorrect address information. Enter both your phone number and email address to ensure you receive all the necessary delivery information and make it easy for our suppliers to deliver.
Products out of stock
If you have ordered products that are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail. If you have ordered mixed products, we will send you the products we have in stock. Products that are out of stock will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. It can take up to 7 working days for us to reach out via email as we usually receive your products in 7 days. What is the age limit for ordering nicotine products?
The age limit for purchasing our products is 18 years or older. No exceptions will be made.
How should I store my products?
The storage of each product differs, but in general they taste best when refrigerated. Unopened cans should always be stored in the refrigerator to keep them fresh longer, but this is not a requirement for All White.
Can I return my order?
If your received products is damaged, you must contact our support directly. If the received package contains an incorrect product/quantity, please contact our support directly. We will provide you with a refund for the wrong or faulty product, or in some cases the manufacturers will handle this directly. You can find a list of these in our Return Policy. A refund of an order where the product/quantity is correct and not damaged can also be issued and will be provided by us. Note that the shipping costs will not be refunded in this case. Please allow up to 14 working days for the transaction to be sent back. The transaction can only be issued to the same card that made the purchase.

How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time may vary depending on the product you have ordered and the delivery method you have chosen, but usually it takes 1-3 working days. Delivery time may also be affected if your product is out of stock, in which case we will contact you by email, usually we will receive your product within 7 working days. If you have chosen DHL Express and you are not at home at the time of delivery, your order will be sent to the nearest pickup-point, in accordance with DHL’s delivery terms. Postal Service: 3-4 working days (not insured)
Where can I track my order?
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation message, followed by an e-mail from us with your tracking number when the parcel is collected by DHL or your local postal provider at the end of the day. We recommend that you check that your delivery address is correct. If not, please contact us or DHL to correct your address.
