Shipping Conditions & Infomation
We currently offer delivery by DHL Express, DHL Freight and Postal service. The shipping option Postal Service is handled though the United Postal Union which is an international postal cooperation inside EU.

How is your shipping handled by Whitelip?
- After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation to the Email used. This Email will contain information about your purchase and delivery time.
- We pack your products in a durable and lightweight box, with additional treats added.
- Once your order is handed over to the shipping partner you have chosen, an Email with a tracking number will be sent. With this tracking number you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.
Will depend slightly on the receiving country, but here are general shipping times:
DHL Express: 1-3 working days (insured)
DHL Freight: 2-5 working days (insured)
Postal Service: 3-4 working days (not insured)
Shipping prices will depend on the amount and weight of the products in your order. Below are some examples of shipping prices for different amounts of cans.
0-20 cans = 6 Euro (Postal Service)
20-30 cans = 8 Euro (Postal Service)
Above 30 cans can only be shipped with either DHL Express or DHL Freight, which cost between 14-25 Euro
Please note that shipping with Postal Service is only available for orders under 30 cans.
Most of our orders (about 90%) are shipped out the same day the order comes in. The cases where handling times are longer are when products for your order are missing, or there are other problems. If this happens to you and your handling time is longer than 48 hours, we will contact you regarding the reasons.
Whitelip reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
For buyers outside the European Union (EU)
You, as the customer, are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Whitelip, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Sweden may be subject to excise taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the local country and/or jurisdiction. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such excise taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and/or your delivery address. It is the customer’s responsibility to report and remit these taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
